Jusoor for Studies conducted a seminar in Urfa under the name "The Future of Deir Ez-zor in the context of conflict on the Syrian Badia" with the presence of many local and influencing attendees. Abdul Wahab Asi from Jusoor Center, Saad Al Share'a from Orient Research Center and Muhsin Al Rawi, researcher in the economic affairs of Jihadist groups gave  lectures.

The seminar started with displaying the importance and reality of the general political context in Dier Ez-zor, then, discussed the significance of the economic reality in the region with the role of the conflict between the globally supported military parties, after that, the current military reality in Al Badia was displayed, which is related to the preparations for controlling the governorate, moreover, the display included an explanation of the most notable scenarios and choices for the upcoming battle, the political role in specifying the form of ruling the governorate after ISIS defeat, took place, the last part of the seminar was specified for discussion, clarifications and inquiries among the attendees and lecturers.
