The expected map of the amended Adanda Agreement

Jusoor for Studies Center released the map of the supposed safe zone along the borderline in the north and east of Syria, which The Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan spoke about on February 21, 2020.
The depth of the supposed safe zone in the map reaches 35 km, which may increase or decrease in some areas, in case there is a lack of ability or desire to change the lines of contact that the Syrian regime advanced to in Idlib Province and its vicinity, in the northwest of Syria.
Probably, the supposed safe zone will be part of an amendment to the terms of the 1998 Adana Agreement and it will be approved in bilateral talks between Russia and Turkey.
