Public opinion is what all members of a specific group agree on or what the majority of members agree on as their opinion regarding a particular problem or subject from the various subjects under debate that evoke different perspectives. In other words, the public opinion is what goes on in the thinking of a particular group, and what they feel towards a specific problem or issue that affects them and that they have an interest in. The individual who does not have an interest in the issue will not be affected by it and will not participate or contribute in the public opinion formed about the subject. As such a change in the public opinion is a change in the opinions of all the diverse members forming the group and the change affects their goals, needs, ambitions, and shared thoughts.
